Employees of Extremis Publishing Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. Extremis Publishing Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the competition as a result of this rule.
c.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Unless otherwise stated in the competition terms, only one entry per person is permitted. In the event that Extremis Publishing Ltd discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple entries, such person and any entries made by them shall be disqualified and, if such entrant has already been selected as a prize-winner, an alternative prize-winner will be selected.

Closing date for entry will be indicated on the news update publicising the competition. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Unless otherwise set out in the competition terms, Extremis Publishing Ltd accepts no responsibility for the return of any entries.

The rules of the competition and the prize(s) for winner(s) will be indicated on the news update publicising the competition.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. Extremis Publishing Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the competition and/or the rules without notice for any event that is outside of Extremis Publishing Ltd's reasonable control. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the rules.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. No prize will be awarded where any entrant has committed any form of misconduct (as determined by Extremis Publishing Ltd in its sole discretion). Where Entries are judged on artistic or other subjective criteria, Extremis Publishing Ltd reserves the right to set amend the criteria used to judge Entries. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason Extremis Publishing Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the promoter and/or its agents. Extremis Publishing Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. Extremis Publishing Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
l.
The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. In the event that a prize-winner is disqualified from the competition, Extremis Publishing Ltd will, unless otherwise stated in the competition terms, select an alternative prize-winner in the same manner as the original prize-winner and such selection will be subject to the rules.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
